RESERVATIONS: CFRW Standing Rule 5. All elected and appointed officers, county presidents and standing committee chairmen on the Southern Division Board of Directors have standing luncheon reservations for meetings. It is the responsibility of each member to cancel if they can not attend. Members who fail to cancel will be billed for the cost of the luncheon. .

To add or cancel a reservation, e-mail CHRISTINE WATSON
by 10:00 a.m., SUNDAY before the meeting day. A reservation is a commitment. If you have a reservation and do not show up, the meal must be paid for anyway.
